Takenotsuka is a residential district of Adachi Ward in the northeast of Tokyo. It’s also the location of Takenotsuka Station on the Tobu Isezaki Line.
The areas around the station contain a large number of public housing projects so the area is firmly working-middle class. There is a branch of discount retailer Don Quijote as well as a batting center and branches of the usual chain and franchise stores.
