Join your favorite Sanrio characters this Halloween at this special PUROHALLOWEEN event, which is held at Sanrio Puroland from September 8 to October 31. This year’s theme is ‘Kuromi x Black x Wizard’ and is centered around everyone’s favorite cheeky but charming character, Kuromi.
What happens?
As part of the Halloween celebration, several events will be taking place across the park including a new parade, an exclusive photo spot area, and the park’s first collaboration illumination show with the popular gaming app ‘The Wizard’s Promise’.
There is also a chance to meet Sanrio characters such as Hello Kitty and Cinnamoroll, who will be dressed up as witches and wizards.
You will also be able to try one of the 14 new dishes from the special Halloween-themed food menu. Each dish incorporates the color black to match the theme and uses seasonal ingredients such as pumpkin and sweet potatoes.
Tickets
Tickets for Sanrio Puroland vary depending on age and the time you visit. Day tickets cost anywhere between ¥2,500 to ¥4,900 whilst afternoon tickets start from ¥2,200 to ¥3,200.
Spooky Pumpkin 2023
On the night of September 28, Sanrio Puroland will transform into the ultimate party venue, with artists and DJs performing on different stages. DJ Hello Kitty and Kuromi will also be making an appearance and performing a set. You will also be able to meet some of the other characters from 10 p.m. and enjoy some of the attractions such as the famous Lady Kitty House.
Tickets for this event start at ¥7,150. Please note that you have to be over 20 to attend this event and that almost all the tickets for this event have now been sold out.
