Meet at Tennozu Yamatu Pier, which is in front of the restaurant Captain’s Wharf, at 10:40 p.m. The pier is a 5-minute walk from Tennozu Isle Station, an 8-minute walk from Shinbanba Station, and a 20-minute walk from Shinagawa Station.
