The annual Okutama Nohryo Fireworks Festival is a tiny fireworks show by Tokyo standards — you can expect just under 1,000 fireworks — but it is in a beautiful natural setting.
Paid seating
While there will be free seating available, Okutama Hikawa Elementary School will have spaces available from ¥1,000 in advance and — if they aren’t sold out — ¥2,000 on the day. To reserve a space in advance, you must ring them directly.
